The complete text comprises seven kaands: Baalkand, Ayodhyakand, Aranyakand, Kishkindhakand, Sundarkand, Lankakand, and Uttarakhand. Each of these kaands delineates various stages and divine actions of Lord Shree Ram. Engaging in this sacred recitation bestows auspiciousness and removes life’s obstacles.
