REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will be considered only if the customer contacts us at support@astrovaidya.com within 2 hours of making the payment. No refunds will be entertained after the two-hour window has expired.
No refund will be issued if the customer provides incorrect data. However, if the customer contacts us within an hour of placing the order, we will consider making the necessary changes.
Once the report is delivered to the customer, no refunds will be processed.
All eligible refunds will be completed within seven business days from the date of receiving the request. However, this timeline is subject to transaction and processing times imposed by the bank/payment gateway.
In case of accidental double payments for a single order, one payment will be refunded.
All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges imposed by the bank and/or payment gateway, as well as any other charges incurred by Astrovaidya.com in processing and/or delivering the service, where applicable.
Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy for Products:
All printable products, including Astrovaidya Brihat Horoscope, Astrovaidya Year Book, Trikal Samhita, and Janam Patri, are non-returnable.
If a customer receives a product in damaged, defective, or broken condition, they may request a replacement or refund by contacting customercare@Astrovaidya.com within two working days of product delivery. No refunds will be entertained after two days from the date of product delivery.
All products must be returned in their original condition, along with any bills and labels. Customers should register disputes by emailing customercare@Astrovaidya.com with images of the broken, defective, or damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Disputes filed after this timeframe may not be considered by the sellers.
