USER CONSENT
By accessing and using the Website, you, referred to as “Member,” “You,” or “Your,” indicate your understanding and unconditional and explicit consent to these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not click on the “I AGREE” button.
It is advised to carefully read these Terms of Usage before using the Website, registering, or accessing any materials, information, or services through the Website. Your continued use of the Website, regardless of any amendments, signifies your acceptance of these terms and your agreement to be legally bound by them.

It offers astrological content, reports, data, telephone, video, and email consultations collectively referred to as “Content.” The Website provides both “Free Services” and “Paid Services.” While Free Services are available without membership, personalized astrological services, additional content, and access to Paid Services require registration. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

You must ensure the information is current, accurate, and complete. Using another user’s account information is prohibited, and the Website may suspend or terminate your account if your information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
Your access to the Website is personal and not transferable to others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and notifying the Website of any unauthorized use.
The Website may offer services from third parties, and the Website has no control over information shared with these third parties.
You understand and acknowledge that your personal data transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud, and the Website and Payment Service Providers have no control over such events.
The Website does not allow users to use its services if they reside in jurisdictions that prohibit such usage, if their state/country’s laws prohibit trade relations, or for religious reasons. Having multiple accounts with different mobile numbers is also prohibited.
"TALK TO ASTROLOGER" FEATURE
The Website provides a service through which you can have telecommunication calls with listed astrologers. By agreeing to these Terms of Usage, you consent to the Website arranging calls to your mobile number, even if it is on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list with your mobile service provider.
WEBSITE CONTENT
The Website and any linked websites are private property. All interactive communication on the website, covering generous guidance and advice from Certified Providers, must adhere to these Terms of Usage. You must not post or transmit material that violates others’ rights, is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable. Such conduct may lead to your suspension or termination from the Website.
The Website reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or change aspects or features of the Website, including content, graphics, deals, offers, and settings.
The Website does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of medical advice provided by third-party service providers, including registered astrologers. Make sure to not fully rely on judgment and guidance and always cross-check with a licensed healthcare professional for advice related to medical matters. The Website does not endorse specific tests, medications, products, or procedures.
The Website is not liable for any adverse incidents that may occur after using its services. Your usage of the Website is making you responsible for the risks of it.
USER ACCOUNT ACCESS
The Website may access user accounts and information to ensure high-quality services and address customer needs effectively. Users consent to this access. For details on record-keeping and privacy, refer to the Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
Users acknowledge and agree to the Website’s Privacy Policy, including any updates or changes displayed on the Website.
BREACH AND TERMINATION
The Website may, without notice, modify, discontinue, change, or alter services or user accounts. Violation of these Terms of Usage may lead to immediate cancellation of user registration. The Website may terminate or take action if:

For Service Providers, including Astrologers, your relationship with the Website is limited to being a member. The Website may terminate and deactivate your profile for any violations of these Terms of Usage and Service Terms and Conditions agreed upon during registration.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
All users, including astrologers and Member Customers, have a duty to adhere to the privacy policy, terms and conditions, and other stipulations outlined on the Website. Users confirm that they are individuals and not legal entities or corporations. The rights to utilize the Website’s services are strictly personal.
While using the Website and participating in any form of communication on its forums, including products listed on the Website, users must not violate the following terms and conditions:
- Users must not post, publish, or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, invasive of privacy, offensive, racially discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. This includes content that infringes upon the rights of others, such as intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or any applicable law or regulation.
- Users must not upload or make available any content they do not have the legal right to share, whether due to legal, contractual, or fiduciary obligations.
- Users must not upload or post content that infringes on the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of any party. However, users may post excerpts of copyrighted material within Fair Use guidelines.
- Users are prohibited from collecting screen names and email addresses of other Website members for advertising, solicitation, or spam purposes.
- Sending unsolicited emails, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or promotional content is not allowed.
- Users must not upload or distribute files containing viruses, corrupted files, or any software that may harm the Website’s operation or another user’s computer.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with access to the Website is prohibited.
- Unauthorized attempts to access any part of the Website or its connected systems or networks, using methods like hacking or password mining, are not allowed.

By becoming a Registered Member of the Website, users agree to the following conditions, which are not exhaustive and may include services related to the following:
- Receiving communication through the app/website via email, SMS, or other communication mediums, including WhatsApp Business Messages, related to app/website usage.
- Not transmitting any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material through the Website.
- Not transmitting material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, civil liability, or a violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. Wrong authorised attempts to gain access of other computers are forbided.
- Not interfering with other members’ use or enjoyment of the Website or Services.
- Users are obligated to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If users observe any violations of this Agreement or any abuse of the Site, they should promptly report it to Customer Care. The Website may investigate such complaints and, if necessary, may terminate the membership of the responsible Member without refunding the subscription fee. False complaints made by a Member may also result in termination of their membership without a refund.
- The Website reserves the right to withdraw its services from any customer found to be unreasonable or abusive during interactions with the Service Provider, including astrologers, for any reason.
While the Website will take measures to address situations violating the above obligations, if the situation cannot be resolved, the Website reserves the right to issue a written warning. Repeated violations by the User may lead to a complete ban from transacting on the platform. If there is a balance in the User’s wallet, it may be refunded subject to applicable charges for the violations.
BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Users are required to provide their banking information when necessary. In doing so, users must:
- Ensure the accuracy of the debit/credit card details used for the Website’s services. Users must use a debit/credit card lawfully owned by them and authorized for use.
- Pay the fees to the Website using a valid debit/credit card or online banking account. Users must have the legal right to initiate payment transactions and provide accurate card/bank details.
- Ensure that there are sufficient funds available on the nominated card/bank account to cover the dues and applicable fees.
DISCLAIMER / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / WARRANTY
Users expressly understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website does not provide warranties for its services. Astrological counseling on the Website is based on individual or cumulative knowledge, experience, and astrologers’ interpretations, which may vary.
The Website offers services through a panel of Astrologers verified by the Website. These Astrologers may, from time to time, recommend the use of mantras, yantras, gemstones, or other astrological remedies. Such recommendations are made in good faith, and the Website and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranty:
- That the service will meet your requirements.
- That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the services.
- That the quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Website will meet your expectations.
- Regarding any errors in the software.
- Users are required to make full disclosures about the emotional, mental, and physical state of the person seeking advice from the panel of astrologers on the Website.
The Website, its services, and other materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Website makes no warranty:
- That the Website or the services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- That the results from the use of the Website or services will be effective, accurate, or reliable.
- That the quality of the Website or services will meet your expectations.
- That any errors or defects in the Website or services will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including punitive or exemplary damages, arising from or related to the provision or any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the services or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of data transmissions, or arising from suspension or termination of the services.
The Website is not responsible for any typographical errors that may lead to invalid coupons. The Website accepts no liability for errors or omissions in any information provided, whether on its behalf or by third parties.
The services provided by the Website are for entertainment purposes only. The Website disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Advisors, consultants, and astrologers on the Website are members of the site, not employees. While the Website verifies their degrees, qualifications, credentials, and backgrounds, it does not endorse, recommend, verify, evaluate, or guarantee the advice, information, or services provided by them. The Website does not warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of the content, advice, or services provided by the advisors, consultants, astrologers, or the company.
The Website is not a suicide helpline platform. If users are contemplating suicide or believe they are a danger to themselves or others, they should immediately discontinue use of the services and notify appropriate authorities. The Website shall not be held responsible for actions related to suicide or self-harm.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs, including attorney’s fees, arising from their use of the services, violation of the Privacy Policy or these Terms of Service, or violation of any third party’s rights.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT
Users acknowledge that the content on the Website, including text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other materials, may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Users are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the content without express authorization from the Website, its suppliers, or advertisers.
Additionally, the content, such as images, text, designs, etc., displayed on all Website portals, may be sourced from various online platforms, such as Google Images. Astrovaidya Services Private Limited (formerly Codeyeti Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is not responsible for any copyright claims related to this content or data.
RESTRICTED CONTENT
Our app strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, or distributing content that promotes the exploitation or harm of children. Any such content will result in the immediate deletion of the user’s account. This includes all forms of child sexual abuse materials. To report any content on the Astrovaidya App that may exploit a child, please reach Astrovaidya’s support team.
We also prohibit the use of the Astrovaidya app for activities that endanger children. This encompasses actions such as:
- Inappropriate interactions targeting a child, such as groping or caressing.
- Child grooming, which involves befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact or the exchange of explicit imagery, either online or offline.
- The sexualization of minors through imagery or content that encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or portrays them in a manner that could lead to their exploitation.
- Sextortion, where a child is threatened or blackmailed using real or alleged access to their intimate images.
- Child trafficking, including advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
We take immediate action upon becoming aware of any content containing child sexual abuse materials.
Furthermore, content that may appeal to children but contains adult themes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content featuring excessive violence, gore, or harm.
- Content that depicts or encourages dangerous and harmful activities.
- Content promoting negative body image or self-esteem, including apps that depict plastic surgery, weight loss, or other cosmetic alterations to a person’s appearance.
Inappropriate Content:
To ensure the safety and respectfulness of our platform, we have established guidelines that define and prohibit harmful or inappropriate content for our users.
Sexual Content and Profanity:
We do not permit accounts that contain or promote sexual content or profanity, including pornography or any content intended for sexual gratification. We do not allow content that appears to solicit sexual acts in exchange for compensation or contains sexually predatory behavior. Violations of this policy will result in the immediate deletion of the account.
Common violations include:
- Depictions of sexual nudity or sexually suggestive poses where the subject is nude, minimally clothed, or inappropriately dressed for a public context.
- Depictions, animations, or illustrations of sex acts, sexually suggestive poses, or explicit body parts.
- Content related to sexual aids, sex guides, illegal sexual themes, or fetishes.
- Lewd or profane content, including explicit text, profanity, slurs, or adult/sexual keywords in store listings or within the app.
- Content depicting, describing, or encouraging bestiality.
- Content promoting sex-related entertainment, escort services, or any form of compensated sexual arrangements.
Content that degrades or objectifies individuals is also prohibited, such as apps claiming to undress people or see through clothing, even if labeled as pranks or entertainment apps. Additionally, content or behavior that threatens or exploits people in a sexual manner, such as creepshots, hidden camera content, non-consensual deepfake content, or assault content, is strictly prohibited.
LOATHE SPEECH
We do not allow users to promote violence or incite hatred against individuals or groups based on various characteristics, including race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, caste, immigration status, or any other characteristic associated with discrimination or marginalization.
Common violations include:
- Content asserting that a protected group is subhuman, inferior, or deserving of hatred.
- Content containing hateful slurs, stereotypes, or theories about a protected group having negative traits or posing a threat.
- Content encouraging others to hate or discriminate against a protected group.
- Content promoting hate symbols, such as flags, symbols, insignias, paraphernalia, or behaviors associated with hate groups.
VIOLENCE
We do not allow apps that depict or facilitate gratuitous violence or dangerous activities.
Common violations include:
- Graphic depictions or descriptions of realistic violence or violent threats to people or animals.
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, choking games, or other acts with potential for serious injury or death.
Terrorist Content:
We do not permit terrorist organizations to publish content for any purpose, including recruitment. Users with content related to terrorism, such as promoting terrorist acts, inciting violence, or celebrating terrorist attacks, are not allowed.
Dangerous Organizations and Movements:
We do not permit movements or organizations that have engaged in, prepared for, or claimed responsibility for acts of violence against civilians to publish content for any purpose, including recruitment. Users with content related to planning, preparing, or glorifying violence against civilians are not allowed.
Sensitive Events:
We do not allow content that capitalizes on or is insensitive toward significant social, cultural, or political events, including civil emergencies, natural disasters, public health crises, conflicts, deaths, or other tragic events.
Common violations include:
- Lack of sensitivity regarding the death of a real person or group due to suicide, overdose, natural causes, etc.
- Denying well-documented tragic events.
- Profiting from a sensitive event with no discernible benefit to the victims.
BULLYING AND HARASSEMENT
We do not allow content that contains or facilitates threats, harassment, or bullying.
Common violations include:
- Bullying victims of international or religious conflicts.
- Exploitative content, including extortion and blackmail.
- Public humiliation through content posting.
- Harassing victims or their friends and families following tragic events.
Dangerous Products
We do not allow users to facilitate the sale of explosives, firearms, ammunition, or certain firearms accessories. We also do not allow users to provide instructions for the manufacture of such items. This includes instructions on converting firearms to automatic firing capabilities.
Additionally, the sale of marijuana or marijuana products, regardless of legality, is not permitted. The sale of tobacco (including e-cigarettes and vape pens) or encouragement of the illegal or inappropriate use of alcohol or tobacco is prohibited. Facilitating the sale of psychotropic drugs or drugs classified as restricted under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules 1945 is not allowed.
Black Magic, Witchcraft, Voodoo, and Tantrism
We strictly prohibit users from engaging in any form of black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or tantrism. If we become aware of any user intentionally or unintentionally involved in such activities, we reserve the right to delete their account.
SERVICES OF ASTROVAIDYA
These Terms of Service apply to all users of Astrovaidya Services Private Limited (formerly Codeyeti Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). Information provided by our users through Astrovaidya Services may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Astrovaidya. Astrovaidya is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Additionally, Astrovaidya does not assume liability for errors, defamation, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations, or other content of third parties on the Site or its users. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Astrovaidya is not responsible for any damages, claims, or liability arising from your use of third-party content and websites.
Errors, Corrections, and Right to Modify or Discontinue Service and Sites:
We do not guarantee that the Astrovaidya Site will be free of errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. We also do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of information available on or through Astrovaidya. We reserve the right to make changes to the features, functionality, or content of Astrovaidya at any time. We may edit or delete any documents, information, or content on the Site at our discretion. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service and/or Sites, with or without notice. Astrovaidya will not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms of Usage, including the determination of the scope or applicability of these Terms of Usage for arbitration, or your use of the Application or the information it provides access to, shall be resolved through arbitration in India. This arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator chosen mutually by the Members and the Website, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The designated seat for this arbitration shall be New Delhi. All proceedings during such arbitration, including any awards issued, shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitration award shall be considered final and binding upon the disputing parties.
However, notwithstanding the above, either party retains the right to seek interim or preliminary relief from a court with competent jurisdiction located in New Delhi to safeguard their rights while the arbitration process is ongoing. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India and agree that New Delhi shall be the venue for such legal proceedings. In the event that one party initiates legal action in contravention of this provision, the other party may be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs, up to a limit of One Lakh Rupees (INR).
These Terms of Usage will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles that may require the application of laws from a different state. If a court with competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part of these Terms of Usage or the Privacy Policy unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified and interpreted to best achieve its intended purpose within the bounds of applicable law. The remainder of these Terms of Usage and the Privacy Policy, as applicable, will continue to be fully enforceable and effective. Headings in these terms are provided for reference purposes only and do not define, limit, or describe the scope or extent of any section.
Any waiver of a provision in these Terms of Usage will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by Astrovaidya. These Terms of Usage constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter discussed herein, and they supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
Furthermore, these Terms of Usage and your utilization of the Services will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its rules governing conflicts of laws. The parties involved in any dispute arising from these Terms of Usage agree to submit to the jurisdiction of a court situated in New Delhi for any actions where they retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court with competent jurisdiction. This pertains to actions taken to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
